1. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.
A minimum advance payment (usually 50%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed schedule.
Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, or cash (in selected cases).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are typically credited back to the original mode of payment within 8-15 working days after the cancellation is processed, but this can vary depending on the service provider and payment method.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Cancellation charges:
30 days or more before travel: 10% deduction
15–29 days before travel: 25% deduction
7–14 days before travel: 50% deduction
Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: No refund
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
No refunds for unused services or last-minute changes during the trip.
3. Amendments & Changes
Any changes in the travel plan after booking (dates, hotels, transport, etc.) will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
The company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or local restrictions.
4. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents (ID proof, tickets, visa, etc.) are valid and available before travel.
We are not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
5. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport companies and are not liable for any delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of belongings caused by third-party services.
Travelers are advised to carry travel insurance for protection against unexpected events or emergencies.
6. Behavior & Responsibility
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local culture, laws, and customs.
Any damage caused to property or disruption to others during the trip will be the responsibility of the traveler and may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.
